The quickest way to return or exchange an item is through our Returns Portal — most requests take less than a minute.
You have 14 days to change your mind after receiving your order. Within that period you may withdraw your purchase without giving a reason. After notifying us you have a further 14 days to return the product.
All conditions, costs and steps are set out in our return and refund policy. That document takes precedence.
