In cases of suspected fraudulent transactions, we may cancel an order or request additional verification. Unjustified chargebacks are disputed through the payment provider, and confirmed fraud cases are reported to the appropriate authorities.
3. Order confirmation and invoicing
After placing your order, you will automatically receive an email with an order confirmation. This confirmation includes:
- The details of your order.
- The total costs.
- The chosen payment method.
If applicable, you will also receive a digital invoice with your order. Please check the details carefully and contact our customer service immediately if there are any errors.
4. Payment terms
- Payment is required at the time of ordering. Once the order is placed, the total amount will be automatically charged via the payment method you selected.
