ONLINE MARKETER

What will you do?
As part of our Centre of Excellence, you will help us build great funnel models and create unique campaigns.
- As the person ultimately responsible for achieving KPIs, you continuously optimize your working methods, analyze performance, keep the budget sharp, and prepare reports.
- As the owner of the entire channel mix (all digital channels and connections with offline channels), you reach, entice, and convert the target audience at the right time via the right channel with the right message. You develop visions and strategies for SEO, SEA, job portals, and social media. Thanks to your knowledge of channel trends and recruitment techniques, we are always ahead.
- To convert our leads as well as possible, you own our website, our conversion platform. You ensure connections with other systems, the landing page structure, further development of the site, and setting up reports. Together with our Senior Content Marketer, you discuss the optimization and publication of content.
You work closely with the Online Marketer, whom you guide daily and help grow in knowledge, behavior, and results. You also spend time building and maintaining knowledge about our markets, target groups, and offers.
ONLINE MARKETER (INTERNSHIP)
An internship with us definitely does not mean fetching coffee and making copies. No, you work hard! Are you looking for a third-year or master's internship? Then you are in luck. In our beautiful building, there is a vacancy for an online marketing intern.
You will actively set up and optimize social media campaigns. You will have a broad range of tasks: copywriting, community management, analytics, advertising, and social search. There is also a fitness center, Nintendo, ping pong table, and pool table where you can unwind.
Our goal? We ensure that you quickly feel at home, work on the coolest campaigns, and ultimately learn how to successfully use online channels. For this, we ask that you have experience working with online platforms and advertising and have an analytical mind.
SECRETARY
Do you want to make an important contribution as a secretary to the smooth functioning of management? And do you find it a challenge to act as the spider in the web to make everything run as smoothly as possible? Our team is ambitious and works hard. You will join a close-knit, young team with diverse backgrounds, all highly motivated. Want to know more?
WEB DEVELOPER
You think in code, write code, and almost prefer to eat code. That’s why we need you as our new web developer!
Every day you know how to turn numbers, letters, and symbols into user-friendly websites and online tools. As our web developer, you are responsible for a large part of the user experience on these channels. You work on various projects for us, in which you also have input.
We are looking for a web developer who surprises us with innovative ideas and thinks along about new online concepts. We expect you to have a good foundation, but together we will ensure you become even better at your craft. In a team consisting of our creative director, content marketers, designers, and a fellow web developer, you contribute to the growth of the most innovative company in the Utrecht region.
Are you our web developer? Then:
You have completed a relevant education;
You have 1-2 years of experience as a web developer;
You can program in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (jQuery and AngularJS are a plus);
You know how to create websites for measurement purposes;
You are up to date with the latest developments and think along about innovations.
