Pantino Refund Policy
Welcome to Pantino's Refund Policy. Our goal is to provide you with an excellent shopping experience, and we understand that there may be times when a refund is necessary. Below you will find all the details about our refund policy.
1. Refund Options
1.1 Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a product that is defective or damaged during shipping, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. We will replace the product or arrange a full refund.
1.2 Dissatisfaction: If you are not satisfied with a product and wish to return it for a refund, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. The product must be unused and in resalable condition with all original labels and packaging.
2. Refund Procedure
2.1 Contacting Us: Send an email to info@pantinoshop.nl or click here with your order number and the reason for the refund. Our customer service team will process your request as soon as possible.
2.2 Shipping the Product: If your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the product. We recommend returning the product via a traceable shipping method.
2.3 Inspection and Refund: Once we have received and inspected the returned product, we will proceed with the refund via the original payment method. For cancellations under consumer law, refunds will be made within 14 calendar days after receiving the cancellation notice, provided the product has been returned or you have demonstrated that it has been shipped.
3. Important Notes
- Refunds are processed via the original payment method.
- Return shipping costs are at your own expense unless the product is defective or damaged. Return costs typically range between €20 and €40, depending on package size and chosen carrier.
- Products that do not meet the return conditions may not be eligible for a refund.
4. Shipping Protection
For €2.95, you can optionally add shipping protection to your order at checkout. This protection is an additional service and is only activated if explicitly selected during checkout.
What is covered:
Packages lost, stolen, or damaged during transport.
- What is not covered:
- Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
- Packages marked as delivered without proof of theft or damage
- Buyer’s remorse, shipping delays, or customs issues
Orders without shipping protection: When no shipping protection is added, lost, stolen, or damaged packages fall under the standard liability rules of the delivery service and cannot be compensated by Pantino.
How to file a claim: Contact us within 14 days after the expected delivery date (for lost packages) or within 7 days after delivery (for damaged/stolen packages) via info@pantinoshop.nl. Please include your order number, a description, and photos or evidence.
Resolution: Approved claims will be replaced free of charge. Refunds are only provided if the item is out of stock. All claims are approved at our sole discretion.
Note: Shipping protection is non-refundable and limited to one claim per order.
