The delivery time consists of two main components:
1) Processing time (3-5 business days):
2) Shipping time (depending on destination 5-10 business days):
The delivery duration is calculated from pickup at our international transport center to the desired destination and may vary accordingly depending on the delivery location.
Orders placed on business days before 6:00 PM are processed the same business day. Orders placed after 6:00 PM are processed on the next business day.

As a special service, we currently offer our customers free standard shipping in the Netherlands, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Italy, Poland, Romania, Spain, France, Germany, Finland, Sweden, and Ireland.
To offer our products at the best price, we ship all our orders directly from our international suppliers in Asia. This helps us save costs and maintain competitive prices. Please note that delivery times may be longer than with local shipping. The price shown is the final price. No additional charges for VAT, customs clearance or import duties are collected on delivery.
After the package is packed, it is handed over to our transport company and you will receive a tracking email. Track your order here
For logistical reasons and to optimize delivery time, the order may be shipped in multiple partial deliveries.

Defective product?
How unfortunate! Unfortunately, it can happen that your product gets damaged during transport. For a damaged product, we will send a new one free of charge. If it arrives damaged again, or if you prefer to cancel, you will receive a full refund.
International shipping center
Orders at Pantinoshop are always shipped directly from our international warehouse (Asia). Thanks to this efficient logistics, we can offer our products at competitive prices and save on storage and shipping costs. The price shown is the final price. No additional charges for VAT, customs clearance or import duties are collected on delivery.
Lost package?
In case a package is lost or not delivered due to a logistical reason, we will always send a new package before proceeding with a refund or further handling.
Delays and force majeure
In case of delivery delays or unexpected events beyond our control (such as strikes, natural disasters, or transport issues), we will do our utmost to keep you informed and deliver your order as soon as possible. The maximum legal delivery period is 30 days. In case of delay, you have the right to cancel the order free of charge and receive a refund.
Changes to the Shipping Policy
Pantinoshop reserves the right to change this shipping policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website.
Refund and return policy.
VAT, import charges and customs duties are included in the product price. The delivery service collects no additional charges on delivery.
Note: The package can be returned to the international warehouse (Asia), the return costs (€20 - €40) are the customer's responsibility. Please consult the website of the respective parcel service for current rates and conditions. Therefore, please read our return policy first.
Delivery when not at home or at the post office
If a package is delivered to the door or handed over at a post office, Pantinoshop has incurred the costs to deliver the package. If a package is not accepted or not picked up at the pickup point and is returned, we reserve the right to deduct €8.95 in processing fees from the refund amount.
In some cases, the transport company needs 1-2 business days to update the location of the package. We ask for your understanding and patience in these cases. Note: business days are Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays.
